How does it work?

For rentals, enjoy a 10% discount:

First you must pay 200 euros and immediately our team will start working for you, carrying out a personalized search.
Once we have found the property that suits what you are looking for, we will proceed to your reservation.
The amount of 200 euros paid by you initially will be deducted from our agency fees.
In addition, for having subscribed, you will enjoy a 10% discount on agency fees.

For sales, a discount between €750 and €1000:

Firstly, you must pay 500 euros to start working according to your search criteria.
Once we have found the property that suits what you are looking for, we will proceed to your reservation.
The amount of 500 euros paid by you initially will be deducted from our agency fees.
In addition, for having subscribed, you will enjoy an additional discount of 250 euros on agency fees.

In addition, for those properties with a value greater than 500,000 euros, not only 750 euros will be deducted but… .1,000 euros on the sale price.
